Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase and wants to return it within 30 days after delivery, we will ask the customer to send the product back to our Office (full address will be provided to the customer via email). After 30 days of delivery of the product, we shall be not liable to accept a return from the Customers, unless our customer is a member of the monthly plan glasses patient plan (please see plan Glasses details terms and conditions)
We will ask the customer to send the product back to our Office (a full address will be provided to the customer via email). In this case, the customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees. Exchange/Refund of the damaged item shall be subject to the following conditions given below:
Eligibility for Return:
- The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received. By original packaging, we mean that the product isn't used with proof of purchase, order number. The product must be returned within 45 days of delivery.
- We would advise that you should use a tracking service to ensure that you receive a guaranteed delivery to us. We will not be able to offer refunds for any items that have been lost in transit or that have not been delivered to us.
- All customers must contact us via email support@myadvancedoptical.com for approval before sending or returning any item to us.
- Advanced optical will not be responsible for the returned item without prior notification to support@myadvancedoptical.com
Please keep mind that due time involved and the custom nature of eyewear we can only make a 50% refund. Custom glasses made to one customer’s Rx cannot be reused by another customer, for all those reasons we cannot offer full refunds.
After confirmation of the order, you are not allowed to request a refund of the order that has been sent to process the lens.

Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
