Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. This return and refund policy does not apply to our in-store prescription check services or optical office services and products. We reserve the right to change this Return and Refund Policy at any time.
We will ask the customer to send the product back to our Office (a full address will be provided to the customer via email). In this case, the customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees. Exchange/Refund of the damaged item shall be subject to the following conditions given below:

After confirmation of the order, you are not allowed to request a refund of the order that has been sending to process the lens.

Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

- RETURN POLICY

Eligibility for Return:
- The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received. By original packaging, we mean that the product isn't used with proof of purchase, order number. The product must be returned within 45 days of delivery.
- We would advise that you should use a tracking service to ensure that you receive a guaranteed delivery to us. We will not be able to offer refunds for any items that have been lost in transit or that have not been delivered to us.
- All customers must contact us via email support@myadvancedoptical.com for approval before sending or returning any item to us.
- Advanced optical will not be responsible for the returned item without prior notification to support@myadvancedoptical.com
